• Device and Usage Data: Device ID, IP address, operating system, App usage patterns, collection logs, and transaction history.
• Financial Data: Commissions earned, deductions, and payouts.
• Photos and Media: Photos of collected devices or documents uploaded for verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Register and verify vendors
• Assign device collection requests
• Track collections and performance
• Calculate and deduct commissions
• Process payouts
• Prevent fraud and ensure service quality
• Improve the App and services
• Send notifications and promotional messages (with consent)
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

• Oncash internal teams for operations
• Customers (limited details such as name and phone number)
• Third-party service providers (payment gateways, analytics, hosting)
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as necessary for services, legal compliance, or fraud prevention. Upon account termination or deletion request, data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless required by law.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption and access controls. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Your Rights under DPDP Act

7. Location Permissions

Precise location access is required for core App functionality. Disabling this may limit App usage.

Terms & Conditions

1. Vendor Services

The App enables vendors to receive device collection requests. Vendors independently sell collected devices and pay Oncash the agreed commission. Oncash acts solely as a platform facilitator.

2. Vendor Obligations

• Provide accurate and updated information
• Collect devices professionally and on time
• Verify device condition transparently
• Pay applicable commissions
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Maintain customer data confidentiality

3. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Misuse of customer data
• Sharing login credentials
• Unjustified collection delays
• Uploading false documents
• Illegal use of the App

4. Commissions and Payments

• Commission calculated on sale value
• Payouts processed weekly or monthly
• Vendor responsible for taxes

5. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, and design are owned by Oncash. Vendors receive a limited, non-transferable license.

6. Account Suspension / Termination

Oncash may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, non-payment, or poor performance without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Loss or damage to devices
• Vendor-customer disputes
• Independent sales outcomes
• Indirect or consequential losses

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
